Here is a new theme that tries to provide a more simplified version of Gnome Shell’s default theme. This first version of this theme brings six little differences that slightly alter the character of the desktop into a more simplistic one.
This theme is suitable for those of you who like the default theme and search for something almost the same, but with a little less “boldness”. It is compatible with the 3.6 version of Gnome Shell.
What are the differences exactly?
- Replace all 2px borders with 1px
- Set bg opacity for top panel on 90%
- Set default font to Droid Sans
- Replace most of bold font weight with normal
- Change close icon in overview
- Set 0px width for application filters and 200px when it is hovered
