GStreamer + Vala Samples

This post was made with an older stylesheet

GStreamer is closing down to version 1.0 and one of Gnome’s goals is to port all Apps in that version. When it comes to graphics we get much documentation from Clutter/Cogl/Cairo and development is relatively easy even for beginners.  Drawing and updating a scene with these libraries is actually much easier than for example drawing in an HTML5 canvas.

But when we are dealing with GStreamer/Sound, coding can be really painful. So it is always welcome to get started with some ready to go examples!
