		<description><![CDATA[I think you don&#039;t get the idea behind the App-Menu (which is the menu behind the name/logo of the application in the GnomeShell Bar.
The idea is that all application wide operations are in the App-Menu and in the other (chrome like) Menu are only options which has to do with the window how the menu is.
So an not open window don&#039;t create its self -&gt; its a application action -&gt; app menu
Create a tab for_a_specific_window -&gt; chrome like menu of this specific window.
But the bookmark thing is a little bit crazy i thing this too.]]></description>
