GNOME Asia 2012 report

This post was made with another stylesheet and it might be messed up!

More details and videos were uploaded and shared with everyone regarding what happened in the GNOME Asia conference that took place a few days ago in Hong Kong!

The design workshop that was ran by Jon McCan, Allan Day and Jakub Steiner was well attended and run for the whole afternoon. Main design principles were analysed and Inkscape tips and tricks were shared.

Various lectures took place in the next days and you can have a look on the respective YouTube channel.

From Allan Day’s blogAs ever, the highlight of the conference was the people. It’s always fantastic to meet enthusiasts and contributors, as well as to speak to people who might want to participate in GNOME in the future. GNOME.Asia does a fantastic job of bringing new people into the community, and deserves all our support for that reason alone.
