Fekete Gnome Icon Set!

Fekete is a chic and detailed dark icon set for the Gnome desktop environment that was updated today adding or modifying more that 200 icons.

Fekete is one of the most “full” icon sets that I’ve ever seen, offering mimetypes, icons for almost every single application out there, YaST and LibreOffice icons, Xfce system icons and many more!

In comparison to other popular dark icon sets like the AwOken, Fekete is more detailed and more shiny. A really magnificent work for use with nice darker Gnome Shell themes like the Sombre Porcelaine and the DeLorean that we presented recently.

Download Fekete and untar it under /home/.icons and then choose it from the “Advanced Settings” tools!

Wow, the word “fekete” means “black” in Hungarian :D

imho, they look horrible. Its as if someone resurrected his icon theme from the 90s to haunt us

So gaudy my eyes are trying to kill themselves. But I guess some peoples’ eyes prefer this style in some capacity… wait, no, that can’t be true.

I think Oxygen is about as far as I can go with that style without hurting inside.
